- If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, or if the wrong item was shipped, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to find a resolution.
2. Return Process:

- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).

4. Exceptions:
- Returns cannot be processed if the hair extensions have been worn, altered, or damaged.
- Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
